- pain for the first 2-3 weeks.
The advantages of phalloprosthesis are:

- the ability to lead an active sex life.
Disadvantages:
- it is a serious damage to the patient's life;
- inability to perform surgery if chronic diseases are present;
- a significant increase in the negative result with previously conducted vascular operations on the penis.
